+ WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
All Twisted Roots open at 11am and stay open at least until 9pm, but some stay open until 10pm or 11pm on the weekends (especially if anyone is performing “Tequlia!” on the bartop). Call your location the voicemail will tell you the exact closing time.
+ WHAT ARE THE HOLIDAY HOURS?
Twisted Root is open until 3pm on Christmas Eve and is closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving. We are happy to feed ya every other day of the year.
+ CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
We don't do reservations since we are an "order at the counter" kind of place, but we can certainly get large groups through our line quickly. You'll just need to be prepared for everyone to put in their orders individually and food will come out as it's ready versus all at once like it might be at a restaurant with a waiter. Your group would then find seats at the tables as they are available. We do that so that our regular customers always know they can come in and find a seat and never have to worry if a private party is holding seats. Feel free to contact your location to let them know you’re coming so they can be ready for you.
+ HOW CAN I PLACE A TO-GO ORDER?
We offer limited to-go. During our busiest times (11-2 and 5-7), to-go orders are taken at the bar or main cash register. All other times you can contact your location via phone to make a to-go request. We also take online orders at select locations. You can order online here. We do not take to-go requests via email.
+ HOW DO I MAKE A REQUEST FOR A DONATION?
Our preferred way of giving back to the community is through our Give Back nights, where 10% of sales from your participants go back to your organization. You can fill out a request for a Give Back night on our Fundraise With Us page. We are unable to accommodate food donation requests. All other donation requests can be made on the Fundraise page, but please know we are unfortunately unable to accommodate all of the requests that come through. We apologize in advance if your request is not fulfilled.

For all locations except the airport, please contact your location and text or leave a voicemail and the team will get back to you within 24 hours.

+ WHAT GAME MEAT IS CURRENTLY BEING FEATURED?
Each location creates their own game meat schedule to ensure the freshest inventory. Contact your location to reach the store manager for the latest info.

+ DOES THE MENU OFFER GLUTEN SENSITIVE OR VEGAN OPTIONS?
We sure do. We even use a separate fryer for our gluten sensitive fried items, however we don’t consider ourselves a “gluten-free” kitchen because we can’t eliminate cross-contamination with gluten in our kitchen. We do offer a vegan-friendly burger. "The Vegabond" a house made chickpea, black bean, brown rice & quinoa burger w/ sliced avocado & sriracha on a vegan-friendly wheat bun.
